The Present Moment is Attainable in Your Sober Living Environment

If you are in recovery, then the topic of the present moment should be at the top of your list if you are looking for inner healing of the mind and body. The present moment is a popular topic nowadays. It’s being taught in accordance with “The Secret”, Mindfulness training, and even meditation. The Present Moment is attainable in your sober living environment, and we are going to show you just how to attain this all-encompassing peace.

The Present Moment is directly linked to spirituality. What is spirituality to you?

Does it mean that you are a compassionate person?

Do you pray for others?

Are you selfless in your attitude?

Do you leave anxiety and despair behind for peace and joy?

Have you found the truth that love, joy, and peace are not something to seek and find, but that are inherent deep within your own spirit that you must choose to bring forth?

All of these are indicative of spirituality. If you have not been able to bring these things forth, then you are missing something.

And that “thing” might be the present moment or what is also known as mindfulness.
